How soon after I place my order will I receive the goods ?
If you require your order urgently and most or all of it is in stock we can send your order by pallet for an additional premium. Prices and details can be found by clicking the delivery tab at the
bottom of the page. Otherwise we will use our standard delivery service details of which can be found by clicking on the delivery tab, we will ring you in advance to book in your delivery which will normally be up to four weeks after
you place your order although during busy periods this could be longer. Please
telephone if you require further information regarding delivery times.
Will all my order be delivered at the same time ?
Due to our large range and the varied lead times of our many manufacturers it is unlikely your whole order will be
delivered in one consignment. We keep all outstanding items on a back order
which will be delivered as soon as possible after they come into stock.
How do I pay for my order ?
Orders delivered by pallet or courier must be
paid for before they are shipped. Orders delivered using our standard delivery
service can be paid for at the time of delivery. please see our
terms and conditions for further details regarding
payments
What if something is missing or damaged ?
Any shortfall must be notified to us within
twenty four hours of delivery and any damages must be notified within 7 days of
delivery. Notification must be in writing by fax, email or letter, telephone
notification is not acceptable. Goods must be returned in original packaging
with stock number, invoice number and date otherwise a credit note cannot be
issued.
When will I get my back order ?
As soon as your back order comes in to stock we will make arrangements to deliver to you.
How do I view the prices ?
You need to register with us which will allow us to check you are a bona fide trade customer, you will then be approved to
view prices after logging in.
I have forgotten my password how can I log in ?
Click the forgotten password link on the log in page and a new password will be sent to your registered email address. For
security you should then choose a new password after logging in and going to the My Account page.
I have registered as a customer and been approved but I still cant log in ?
Please call us on 01937 557877 during office hours and we will guide you through the process. Remember your email address and and password are case sensitive.
How do I know if an item is in stock ? Call us on 01937 557877 during office hours quoting the stock codes for the items you wish to check stock levels.
I cant find the item I am looking for ?
If you know the stock code of the item enter this into the quick find box.
Do you have a showroom I can visit ?
Yes, we do, you can visit us between 9.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday at the address on our contact page.
You are welcome to come and browse without an appointment, however if you would like to collect specific items you should ring to ensure they are in stock to
avoid disappointment. We offer a 10% discount to all our cash and carry customers.
Can I collect my order ?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount to cash and carry customers however you should ring before travelling to ensure all the goods you
require are in stock and available for collection.

We are located on the A162 between Tadcaster and Sherburn-in-Elmet near the M1, M62, A1 and A64 see the
