In order to view prices and place orders you will need to register and be approved as a wholesale customer.
Click here to register, we manually check all applications during office hours only so you may need to wait before we are able to approve your application. If you ring shortly after completing the form we can speed up the approval process.
We recommend subscribing to our newsletter in order to keep up to date with our latest news.
Once your application is approved you can log in via the link in the top right hand corner and you will be able to view prices and add items to your cart.
Once you have finished shopping there are THREE confirmation pages to complete your order.

You must click the "Confirm" button in the bottom right corner of each page in order to complete your order. You will then receive an email confirming you have successfully placed your order. If you do not receive an email you have either not completed all 3 steps or you need to check your spam folder.
We will process your order as soon as we receive it then we will call to confirm any delivery charges, the delivery day and to take your payment.
We fulfil most of our deliveries by pallet, however some small orders can be sent by courier in boxes. Small orders are charged by the box and the number of boxes required will depend on the items you have ordered. Once we have received your order we will ring to let you know how many boxes will be required and the delivery charge. Some items such as large mirrors cannot be delivered by courier and must be sent by pallet.

All deliveries must be signed for, if there is no one available to sign for a pallet there will be a redelivery charge. If there is no one available to sign for boxes a card will be left and they must be collected from the couriers depot.
Goods delivered by pallet must be signed for to say the pallet was received in good condition, if there is any sign of damage this must be noted before signing. The pallet should be unwrapped with care so as not to damage items when cutting the shrink wrap or box sealing tape with a sharp knife.
All items should be checked upon delivery. You should inform us of any missing items within 24 hours of taking delivery and of any damaged items within 7 days. Unfortunately any claims after these periods cannot be accepted.
If any item is missing we will either send a replacement or a credit note, if any item is damaged you should pack it in its original packaging and we will collect it and issue a credit.
