All orders must be paid for before they can be shipped. Credit/debit card or bank transfer is preferred but pro forma by cheque is also acceptable.
PALLETS
We fulfill the vast majority of our deliveries by pallet, which is the most efficient method for us to deliver your order quickly. All delivery drivers have a hand pallet truck and will deliver the pallet to your door. You do not need a fork lift or any other handling equipment.
Pallets are delivered between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday. If you are not able to take delivery during these times please ensure you inform us when we book in with you otherwise a charge may be incurred if you are not available when your pallet is delivered.
Carriage paid values and delivery charges within the UK depend upon your postcode area.

SMALL ORDERS
Very small orders which we can put into one or more boxes can be shipped by courier within the mainland UK (excluding highlands of Scotland) for a charge of £7.00 + vat per box. Some items such as garden ornaments or mirrors cannot be sent by courier. Please ring if you wish to place a small order and would like to check it is suitable for shipping via courier. Small orders must be paid for before they are shipped, credit/debit card or bank transfer is preferred but pro forma by cheque is also acceptable.
WORLDWIDE
Orders can be shipped to worldwide destinations, please contact us by email or telephone for a quote or to discuss your requirements.
RETURNS/DAMAGES
All goods must be checked upon delivery and signed for by an authorised person, any signs of damage to the packaging or pallet must be noted when signing otherwise a claim cannot be upheld.Any shortfall must be notified to us within twenty four hours of delivery and any damages must be notified within 7 days of delivery. Notification must be in writing by fax, email or letter. Telephone notification is not acceptable.
Damaged goods must be returned in their original packaging with stock number, invoice number and date.
Once you have informed us of any damages we will make arrangements to collect them for return to our warehouse.
Any claim for missing items after 24 hours of delivery or damaged items after 7 days of delivery cannot be upheld.
